Clients must agree to the full itinerary, total tour price, and the Terms and Conditions before the booking is confirmed.

A 20% deposit of the total confirmed tour price is required at the time of booking confirmation.

The remaining 80% must be paid before or upon arrival, prior to the tour’s start. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Enat Ethiopia Tours is not obligated to operate the tour if the full payment hasn’t been received according to these terms.

Yes. If unforeseen cost increases occur, we may adjust the total price up to 49 days before your tour. If you reject the change, your booking will be canceled and any money paid will be refunded in full.

– 49+ days prior to departure: $150 handling fee
– 29–48 days: 20% of tour price
– 8–28 days: 50% of tour price
– 7 days or less: 100% of tour price
International flight ticket cancellation: $300 per flight

Yes, special cancellation fees may apply for third-party services.

Yes. In case of unforeseen events beyond our control, we may cancel a tour and refund all payments already received.

Yes. We may vary or cancel arrangements due to emergencies such as war, weather, civil unrest, or other uncontrollable events.

We will arrange alternate transport as quickly as possible and may adjust your itinerary to recover lost time.

No. Refunds are not issued for circumstances beyond Enat Ethiopia Tours PLC’s control.

Yes, within reason and free of charge. Any third-party costs involved are the client’s responsibility.

Yes. By joining the tour, you confirm you’re medically fit and aware of the risks in traveling to a developing country.

No. We act as agents and are not liable for issues caused by hotels, transport providers, or third-party suppliers.

Ethiopian law governs liability for passengers in our vehicles, and claims must be filed within Ethiopia.

Yes, and when we do, our standard liability clauses remain in place.

No. All baggage and personal belongings are transported at the client’s risk.

Yes. It’s the client’s responsibility to have insurance that covers the entire trip, including medical, repatriation, luggage, and cancellation.

We strive to follow the confirmed itinerary and will substitute alternatives of equal or better quality when necessary.

Yes. All information is based on the latest available and may be changed without compensation if circumstances require.

The Enat Ethiopia Tours PLC representative’s decision is final on all matters during the tour.

The client may be excluded from the tour immediately, without refund.

Yes. If a client poses a risk or is deemed unfit to continue, we may decline to carry them further—without refund.

Clients must understand these Terms and Conditions and be aware of all travel documentation, payments, and liability.

Yes. You must secure your own passport, visa, permits, and immunizations. Enat Ethiopia Tours PLC is not responsible for additional costs from missing or incorrect documents.

Inform us immediately during your tour so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

All disputes are governed by the laws of Ethiopia and fall under Ethiopian legal jurisdiction.
